FOUR NEW FIRE TRUCKS IN THE INAVS FLEET
Today, at the LPG location in Zagreb, two new fire trucks were handed over, which were ordered by INA Vatrogasni Servisi last year.
This delivery completes the first round of renewal of the INA Vatrogasni servisi fleet, which includes a four new vehicles – two two-axles delivered at the end of last year and two three-axles delivered today. Two vehicles delivered today were received by the commanders of the Zagreb and Rijeka fire brigades, Branko Tišljar and Dražen Bravić, whose units will use these vehicles.
Director of INA Vatrogasni Servisi Rikardo Ključarić pointed out that the handover is a continuation of the renewal of the INAVS fire fleet that began at the end of last year and a nice way to complete this year’s “Fire Protection Month”. “With the new vehicles, we are raising the security of our locations and showing that INA Vatrogasni Servisi is a stable member of INA’s family that has the potential to grow beyond our Group. We will continue the process of renewing the fleet next year by purchasing two new vehicles, which is a logical continuation of the strategy for strengthening and growing IVS, which we announced when my team and I took over the company at the end of last year. ”
The delivered vehicles are identical in their equipment, and are designed for extinguishing with water, foam and powder. They were assembled in Zagreb’s Ziegler plants and will strengthen the IVS units in Rijeka and Zagreb in a few days. The vehicles have passed all the necessary tests, and they already had their premiere at the final firefighting exercise “Fire Protection Month” held at the IPNP plant in Gola, where some of the possibilities of these vehicles were shown.
